Panda's Playtime is a new music and sensory group for babies and Toddlers to enjoy.

My aim for Panda's Playtime was to create a fun, enjoyable music and sensory based baby and toddler group for children to explore, grow, interact and have fun.

​

My second aim was to provide a support network for the adults in the groups. I am passionate that having a space for adults to share advice and experiences, gain friendships and importantly not feel alone is precious.

​

Each week we have a different theme using a variety of props making the sessions fun, enjoyable and unique. Our intention is to allow the children to feel relaxed in an environment which your child and you can feel comfortable to join in as much or as little as they and you like. Our Panda's Playtime hello and goodbye song allow the children to feel secure through repetition by starting and ending each session in the same way. We also have our regular bubble popping time before we sing goodbye.

Our exciting weekly themes offer a fun and creative introduction to music for the under 5s. Each session is packed with action songs, nursery rhymes, sensory play, puppets, instruments and lots of props. Our classes are a fantastic way to support the bond with your child, have fun and create a happy and positive feeling.

Through Music, Sensory and Dancing our classes encourage motor skills, communication and language skills, brain development, imagination and social interaction. We use many Action songs which are a brilliant way to develop your child's co-ordination, gross and fine motor skills, as well as their ability to concentrate and focus. The Music in our classes can be a natural way to learn about rhyming and counting.

 

Our classes provide opportunities for children to interact but also for the adults to chat with one another throughout the class as well as at the end.
